What do you need to do to become a supplier?
This is an Easy process! And it’s FREE! NO Costs involved.
    • Complete a Supplier/Affiliate Agreement Form and send it back to Concierge Desk for approval.
      Remember to list your special offer you intend to provide to Concierge Desk members and include a list of your establishment outlets if you have more than one site. Also include your Logo and specific pictures or text you require.
    • E-mail us to send you an Agreement.
    • We will then work with you to create an offer for our website to be either a state or national listing and send you a link to sign off on the listing prior to going live.
