A 2003 Incentive Federation, Inc. survey indicates that noncash awards are powerful tools to improve performance, morale and, ultimately, business goals, while bonuses are often less effective when it comes to motivating employees. In the study Incentive Federation Survey of Motivation and Incentive Applications, of business owners and managers, more than half of respondents say employees feel bonus payments are something they are due. Fundraising Auctions

Many organisations hold fund raising evenings from Trivia nights to Silent Auctions.

Together with one of our consultants you select the Concierge Desk experience that you believe will best suit your event. We produce the beautiful gift packs for each of experiences that you select.

The packs contain the unique redemption code and can be taken home by the purchaser. Once we have received payment from the fund raising organisation the redemption code is made live and can be used.

We will produce individual invoices (on a sale or return basis) for you so that you will be able to pay for those that are purchased at the event immediately. Those that do not reach reserve can then be returned to us with the un-paid invoices. (A small handling fee may apply.) The charity will benefit from bids over the reserve price.
